Financial Services Representative 

Position Overview
   
Brandon Walter - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven professional to join their winning team for the role of Financial Services Representative. The Financial Services Representative helps customers through value-based conversations to learn about their present and future goals and protects their most valued assets along the way. This role is for someone who is an excellent communicator and a motivated self-starter. You will be part of a caring team that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is rewarded for results. 
  
Responsibilities 

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Establish and build customer relationships and follow up as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As a Team Member, you will receive: 

  • Base salary (ranging from $40,000 to $50,000 based on prior experience)
  • Commission and bonuses (based on results – averaging $20,000 to $50,000)

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivated
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain in first 90 days)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain in first 90 days)
  • Investment License (SIE, Series 6 & Series 63 – must be able to obtain in first 2 years)
  • Bachelor's degree

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
